Greek Yogurt Veggie Dip
Ingredients
- ¼ cup red bell pepper diced
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- ¼ cup onion diced
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 garlic clove minced
- ½ tsp. dill
- ½ lemon squeezed
- ½ tsp. parsley
- 1 Tbsp. dry non-fat milk
- ½ tsp. black pepper
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Cut bell pepper, onion, and garlic and sauté with 1 Tbsp oil until soft. Allow to cool completely.
- In a bowl, combine all other ingredients and mix well.
- Mix in sautéed vegetables.
- Cut vegetables such as bell peppers, carrots, cauliflower, or celery to dip.
- Enjoy!
