Mango Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • - ½ cup frozen mango
  • - ½ ripe banana chopped
  • - ½ cup low fat vanilla yogurt
  • - ¼ cup nonfat milk
  • - ¼ cup oats
  • - 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine all ingredients.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.
