Radish and Orange Salad
Ingredients
- 4 red radishes cut into thin discs
- 2 oranges sliced or cut into small wedges
- Fresh juice from an orange
- 4 cups of fresh spinach
- 1 Tbsp. of olive oil
- Fresh or dried thyme leaves
- 1/4 tsp. of salt
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash the radishes and cut them into thin discs. Set aside.
- Peel the oranges and cut into slices. You can also cut into wedges.
- Toss the spinach with radishes, orange slices, olive oil, fresh orange juice, thyme, salt and pepper.
- Serve and enjoy!
