Radish and Orange Salad

Course Salad, Side Dish

Ingredients
  

  • 4 red radishes cut into thin discs
  • 2 oranges sliced or cut into small wedges
  • Fresh juice from an orange
  • 4 cups of fresh spinach
  • 1 Tbsp. of olive oil
  • Fresh or dried thyme leaves
  • 1/4 tsp. of salt
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Wash the radishes and cut them into thin discs. Set aside.
  • Peel the oranges and cut into slices. You can also cut into wedges.
  • Toss the spinach with radishes, orange slices, olive oil, fresh orange juice, thyme, salt and pepper.
  • Serve and enjoy!
