Help Chick-fil-A Houston Feed One Million Hungry Houstonians this year!
Chick-fil-A Houston is excited to host the 3rd Annual Summer Service Days at the Houston Food Bank in our mission to feed One Million hungry Houstonians this year!
Caring for the community is at the heart of every Chick-fil-A Operator and we are honored to partner with the Houston Food Bank to help fight hunger in our communities all around the greater Houston area. To help us reach our 2023 pledge of one million meals, we invite you to join us for Chick-fil-A Summer Service Days in July. Your time serving as a Chick-fil-A Summer Service Days volunteer will assist the food bank in packing and sorting food to be distributed all around the city to those in need. We can’t wait to work side by side with you as we fight hunger in Houston together!
As a Chick-fil-A Summer Service Days team volunteer you will receive a Summer Service Days t-shirt, mini-plush cow and a digital offer card for a free menu item (while supplies last) as a thank you from your local Houston area Chick-fil-A Operators.

About Houston Food Bank
Serving Houston and southeast Texas since 1982, Houston Food Bank’s mission is to provide food for better lives. We provide access to more than 150 million nutritious meals in 18 counties through our 1,600 community partners of food pantries, soup kitchens, social service providers and schools. Filling gaps on plates, we have a strong focus on healthy foods and fresh produce. In collaboration with our community, we advocate for policy change and racial equity, and promote dialogue on ways to increase access to food and to improve the lives of those in our communities, including services and connections to programs that address the root causes of hunger and are aimed at helping families achieve long-term stability: nutrition education, health management, and help with securing state-funded assistance. We are a resource for individuals and families in times of hardship. Houston Food Bank works alongside our affiliate food banks in Montgomery County, Galveston County, and Brazos Valley. Houston Food Bank is a certified member of Feeding America, the nation’s food bank network, with a four-star rating from Charity Navigator for the 13th consecutive year.
